Welcome to PEMS

PEMS runs your whole pharma operation — HR, sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance — from one place. This guide gets you productive in four steps.

1. Add your first employee

Go to HR > Employees > Add New. Enter the CNIC, designation, and joining date. Employees power attendance and salary later.

2. Build your product catalog

Go to Network > Products. Add each brand with its pack size and MRP. Products are the backbone of sales, stock, and visits.

3. Create your first sales invoice

Go to Sales > Invoices > New. Pick a customer, add products with quantity and price, and PEMS applies GST 17% automatically when the customer is registered.

4. Watch it on the dashboard

Your home dashboard rolls up sales, cash position, stock alerts, and field activity in real time.

Tips

  • Everything is in PKR with lakh/crore formatting.
  • The fiscal year runs July to June — reports default to the current FY.
