How to Add Your First Employee

Employees are the foundation of attendance, payroll, and field tracking.

Steps

  1. Navigate to HR > Employees > Add New.
  2. Enter the full name and CNIC (format XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X).
  3. Set the designation (e.g. Medical Rep, Accountant) and joining date.
  4. Optionally configure the salary breakdown — basic, allowances, and deductions.
  5. Click Save.

What happens next

  • The employee appears in HR > Employees.
  • If they are a Medical Rep, you can assign them a working area in Network.
  • When you mark attendance or run salary, this employee is included automatically.
Tip: You can bulk-import employees via Settings > Data Import if you are migrating from spreadsheets.
