Logging a Doctor Visit with GPS

Medical Reps log visits from their phone during field work. A submitted visit also marks attendance for the day.

Steps

1. Navigate to Work Hub > Log Visit.
2. Select the doctor — only doctors in your assigned area appear.
3. Allow GPS permission so the location is captured automatically.
4. Take a selfie if your company requires it (front camera, in-app only).
5. Set the outcome: Done or Postponed (postponed asks for a next date).
6. Optionally add an order or record an activity discussed during the visit.
7. Tap Submit.

After submitting

• Your attendance is marked for today — no separate punch-in.
• The visit selfie and GPS appear in the admin dashboard for validation.
• Any order enters the approval queue in Sales.

Visits work best on mobile. Keep location services on while in the field.
