Running Monthly Salary

PEMS computes Pakistani payroll for you — tax slabs, EOBI, and provident fund included.

Steps

1. Navigate to HR > Salary > Runs > New.
2. Select the month and year.
3. Optionally enable an Eid bonus for the run.
4. PEMS auto-generates slips using the latest FBR tax slabs, EOBI, and PF rules, based on attendance and base salary.
5. Review individual slips and fix any exceptions.
6. Lock the run when the numbers are final.
7. Mark paid and export the bank disbursement Excel for upload to your bank.

Notes

• Performance bonuses for MRs can be linked to their total sales and visits.
• Locked runs are immutable for audit — create an adjustment if something changes.
